Delete while signed in
Open Account & alerts, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. Polaris immediately removes the profile and account-linked data listed below, then signs the user out.
What is deleted
- Profile and one-way account identifier
- Watchlists and alert rules
- Ticker-room posts, reactions, reports, and block records
- Analyst posts and uploaded analyst images
- An email-brief subscription using the same account email
What is not controlled by Polaris
Polaris uses Sign in with ChatGPT for authentication. Deleting a Polaris account does not delete the user's ChatGPT or OpenAI account. Original Korean filings, news, linked public sources, and provider security logs are not created by the user's Polaris account and are not deleted by this request.
Timing and limited retention
Signed-in deletion is initiated immediately. A request submitted through this public page is verified and ordinarily completed within 30 days. The request record may be retained for up to 90 days to document completion and prevent abuse. Infrastructure security logs and disaster-recovery copies may remain for a limited period under the relevant provider's retention schedule. Polaris may retain the minimum record required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance and will not use retained data for marketing.
